It shall be the duty of every driver of a tow truck used to tow vehicles to have it provided of the following additional equipment:\n(a) One (1) or more brooms to be used when necessary to remove glass and other objects found at the site of an accident in which the vehicle to be towed is involved.\n(b) A shovel to be used to scatter soil or sand over any oil or grease spilled on the pavement of the public road as a result of an accident.\n(c) A fire extinguisher in good working order.\n(d) Signs on each side with the name and address of its owner and the permit number assigned by the Commission.\n(e) As of January 2015, every crane or tow truck shall be equipped with a dual cab for passengers.\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 14.18, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
