Any person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter or the regulations approved by the Secretary according thereto, with the exception of §§ 5412 and 5415 of this title, shall incur an administrative fault and shall be punished with a fine of fifty dollars ($50).\nWhen the violation consists of an unseviceable front, rear, signal or license plate lights of an out of order motor vehicle, the driver shall be subject to an administrative fine of twenty-five dollars ($25).\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 14.25; June 3, 2004, No. 132, § 14, eff. 8 months after June 3, 2004.
