Any person who operates a motor vehicle driving school without being duly authorized by the Secretary shall incur a misdemeanor and if convicted, be punished with a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000).\nAny person authorized to operate such a school that violates all other provisions of this subchapter or the regulations promulgated by the Secretary to such effect, shall incur an administrative fault and punished with a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 18.05, renumbered as § 17.04 on June 3, 2004, No. 132, §§ 17, 18 eff. 8 months after June 3, 2004.
