The Secretary is hereby authorized to establish through regulations any other provisions necessary for the use, by vehicles and pedestrians, of the public roads according to public safety requirements and to the need for orderly traffic movement or mandated by the characteristics and use of the public roads and specific portions thereof or by the characteristics and use of the various vehicles traveling on or parked along the public roads.\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 21.01, renumbered as § 20.01 on June 3, 2004, No. 132, § 17, eff. 8 months after June 3, 2004.
