The Secretary shall proceed to notify the citizens of the provisions of this act from the date of its approval until its effectiveness, using the communications media that he/she deems pertinent, but in every case, shall publish a concise summary of the main provisions of the Act in a newspaper of general circulation.\nFurthermore, an informational brochure shall also be published that contains an account of all the provisions of this chapter, although they may be summarized briefly.
