The acceptance of the benefits of federal aid, and specifically those of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1944 (Public Law 521-78th Congress), is hereby confirmed.To this end the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and sign all necessary agreements with the Federal Works Agency and the Public Roads Administration.
