(a) Sections 501-755 of this title apply to negotiable instruments. They do not apply to money, to payment orders governed by §§ 1021-1167 of this title, or to securities governed by §§ 1701-1911 of this title.(b) If there is conflict between §§ 501-755 of this title and §§ 801-1004 of this title or §§ 2001-2207 of this title, §§ 801-1004 of this title or §§ 2001-2207 of this title govern.(c) Regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and operating circulars of the Federal Reserve Banks supersede any inconsistent provision of this chapter to the extent of the inconsistency.
