(a) Filed record effective if authorized.— A filed record is effective only to the extent that it was filed by a person that may file it under § 2329 of this title.\n(b) Authorization by one secured party of record.— A record authorized by one secured party of record does not affect the financing statement with respect to another secured party of record.\n(c) Continuation statement not timely filed.— A continuation statement that is not filed within the six (6)-month period prescribed by § 2335(d) of this title is ineffective.\nHistory —Sept. 19, 1996, No. 241, added as § 9-510 on Jan. 17, 2012, No. 21, § 11, eff. 1 year after Jan. 17, 2012.
