The Commission is hereby authorized to receive and administer funds derived from legislative appropriations, funds transferred from other agencies or dependencies of the government, and donations of any kind.For its normal functioning, in accordance with its work program, the corresponding annual appropriations shall be made in specific items within the general budget of expenses of the government.
