(1) Any person who shall voluntarily disobey, hinder or obstruct the Commission or its authorized agents in the discharge of their duties under this chapter, or who shall obstruct the holding of a hearing conducted in accordance with this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or by imprisonment for a term of not more than one year, or by both penalties, in the discretion of the court.(2) Without the consent of the Commission no evidence or testimony offered in an executive meeting will be published.
