To carry out its functions, the Commission shall establish and organize an office appropriate to its needs. It shall also appoint an Executive Director who shall be responsible for organizing and directing the work of the office, and who, upon the previous authorization of the Commission, shall appoint the office personnel. The Executive Director shall be comprised within the Non-Competitive Service of the Commonwealth Government.Furthermore, the Director may contract, upon the previous approval of the Commission, the service of experts and consultants. The Director shall administer the budget and shall be responsible to the Commission for its management, through its Chairman.
