For the purposes of a coordinated implementation of the public policy on foods and nutrition, every public agency that renders, manages or performs any programs, services, benefits and activities related to food and nutrition shall remit to the Commission a complete report on their services, benefits and activities related to food and nutrition, and it shall have the power to require that they furnish a complete report of the services, benefits and activities they perform, indicating the clients, funds assigned, foods provided, frequency of the service, procedures for the selection of beneficiaries or participants, and any other information that the Food and Nutrition Commission determines is necessary. The public agencies shall comply with what has been stated above, within ninety (90) days following the effective date of this act. Subsequently, they shall render this report no later than December 31 of each year. History —Jan. 8, 1999, No. 10, § 11, eff. July 1, 1999.
