The Department of Education, in coordination with the Department of the Family and the Youth Affairs Office, shall establish the mechanisms and systems for the publication and general diffusion of the Bill of Rights of the Child as established in this chapter. Within thirty (30) days from the approval of this act, the Department of Education shall public the same in its entirety in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation for three (3) consecutive days.
