The Secretary of the Department of the Family, through the Information Hotline, attached to the Commonwealth Center for the Protection of Minors and created by virtue of Act No. 177 of August 1, 2003, as amended, known as the 'Comprehensive Child Wellbeing and Protection Act', shall enable any minor and/or any citizen to call said line, twenty-four (24) hours a day and seven (7) days a week, to receive orientation and report situations that may impair the rights granted under this chapter.
