It is the obligation of the State to prohibit or restrict the employment of children, outside of the limits established by law, to perform work or engage in occupations that could be harmful to their health or to their ethical or moral development, or which could endanger their physical well-being. The State shall always make sure that every provision that enables the employment of children establishes the proper requirements regarding sound working conditions.
