The Agricultural Extension Service, and the School of Home Economics of the University of Puerto Rico, and the Committee to Design the Typical Dress, shall be the principal entities charged with informing and divulging the style for the fashioning and design of the Puerto Rican typical dress to the citizenry, as it has been adopted by the enactment of this chapter.
