(a) Every Secretary, heads of agencies and of public corporations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall issue a transition report under his/her signature, and under oath. The transition report oath shall be administered by any notary or person authorized by law to administer oaths.(b) The transition reports of all agencies and public corporations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall be completed and delivered to the office of the Secretary of State on or before October 31 of the election year.(c) The transition reports shall be updated and complemented in order for the Secretary, head of agency or director of the public corporation who appears at the hearings of the transition process, may furnish the most recent information on the current situation of the entity or instrumentality he/she directs. This updated report shall also be under oath as provided by subsection (a) of this section. History —Aug. 18, 2002, No. 197, § 10.
