(a) The Department of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall be the seat of the transition process of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(b) The Secretary of State of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall arrange for the space needed to hold the transition process hearings, and another space for the Executive Director of the Transition Process.
