The Chairperson of the Incoming Transition Committee of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall designate an Executive Director of the Transition Process of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The Executive Director shall have the functions assigned by the Chair of the Incoming Transition Committee to comply with the purposes of §§ 458—477 of this title, as well as the following responsibilities:(a) The Executive Director shall receive the transition reports of the agencies from the Outgoing Secretary of State, and shall certify their date of receipt, and that they comply with the provisions of §§ 458—477 of this title.(b) The Executive Director shall have the responsibility of organizing the storage of transition reports in the Department of State, and make them available for examination by the communications media of the country.(c) The Executive Director shall be responsible for making the transition documents available to the citizens through the Internet.(d) The Executive Director shall be the custodian of the keys of the offices, vehicles, equipment, and any other material that have been assigned to be used in the transition process.
