(a) Both incoming and outgoing transition committees of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall meet in the Department of State.(b) The sessions of the transition process shall have the format of public hearing in which the Secretaries or heads of agency, and heads of departments and public corporations shall answer the questions of the members of the Incoming Government Transition Committee.(c) The Sessions shall be held on such days and hours as agreed upon by the Chair of the Incoming Transition Committee and the Chair of the Outgoing Transition Committee.
