The Office of the Advocate for Persons with Disabilities shall keep available a data base on the statistics of the number of persons with disabilities and the type of disability each suffers. Every department, agency, instrumentality, public corporation, municipality and entity of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall maintain available databases on the offer and demand statistics about the services for persons with disabilities according to the jurisdiction of each public entity.
