The Office of the Advocate for Persons with Disabilities, no later than April 30 of each year, shall render an annual report to the Governor and to the Legislature on the implementation and progress of this legislation. Said report shall include recommendations for legislation to address the needs of persons with disabilities within the juridical framework applicable in Puerto Rico.
