It shall be the duty of the Office of the Advocate for Persons with Disabilities to oversee faithful compliance with the provisions set forth in this chapter.Any person, natural or juridical, public or private who dos not comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in subsection (a) of § 532q of Title 3, part of the act also known as the 'Office of the Advocate for Persons with Disabilities Act'.
