Any person who breaches any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, if convicted, shall be sanctioned with a jail term of up to a maximum of six (6) months, a fine that shall not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), or both penalties, at the discretion of the court.
