A visible poster, sign, announcement or notice shall be posted at any show, or cultural, artistic, recreational or sports activity offered at the facilities provided by the agencies, departments, public corporations, dependencies, political or municipal subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and in any public transportation service provided by such government agencies or dependencies, indicating the percentage (%) of the discount for admission to which any person over the age of sixty (60) is entitled. All entrance tickets shall bear on the back the benefit of 50% discount to which the persons over the age of 60 are entitled.
