Every person who is declared as a person with disability by a medical certificate, and duly identified to such respect, shall be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) discount of the admission price to every show, cultural, artistic, recreational or sports activity held in facilities provided by the agencies, departments, public corporations or dependencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and its political or municipal subdivisions and the rates that are in effect in the public transportation service rendered by said agencies.
