The witness who refuses to partially or totally comply with the order dictated by the court pursuant to the provisions of § 593 of this title will incur civil contempt and a contempt violation. During the contempt proceedings the immunity granted the witness under the above stated § 594 of this title shall be sufficient evidence against any defense under the privilege against self-incrimination.
