The Ballets de San Juan Trust is hereby declared as intangible cultural heritage of the People of Puerto Rico. This designation aims to establish as public policy that both private and public institutions shall seek to procure their preservation, protection, promotion, and strengthening through the appropriate means for the benefit of our Island’s future generations.
