According to the applicable regulations and legislation in effect and to their availability, the Legislature, through the Office of Legislative Services, shall provide the Institute, its Board of Directors, Auxiliary Committees and the Information Center for a Free Cuba, with the personnel, equipment, supplies and offices requested by these to fulfill the purposes of this chapter, with the joint agreement of the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
