The Advocate shall have the duty to publish on the Advocacy Office’s webpage all the reports, studies, regulations, meeting minutes, circular letters, and executed contracts. In addition, all the resolutions of the Director’s Council shall be published not later than one (1) week after the approval thereof. Third party’s copyrights and trade secrets regarding published documents shall be protected.The minutes of the meetings of the Director’s Council and the committees thereof shall be approved by the Director’s Council prior to their publication.
