Any balance from preceding fiscal years of special appropriations made to the Office of the Ombudsman for Persons with Disabilities that are available as of the effective date of this act shall be accounted in favor of the Advocacy Office maintaining the use and balance thereof at the time of the transition. In addition, any funds generated by the Office of the Ombudsman for Persons with Disabilities shall be transferred to the Special Fund for the Persons with Disabilities Advocacy Office.Likewise, as for the budget approved for the Office of the Ombudsman for Persons with Disabilities for Fiscal Year 2014-2015, whether from the operating budget allocated under the Joint Resolution on the General Budget or from appropriations allocated under the Joint Resolution on Federal Appropriations, the same shall be transferred to the Advocacy Office.
