The departments, municipalities or other political subdivisions, agencies, public corporations, offices and government dependencies of the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary Branches of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall employ competent interpreters and translators, when necessary, to carry out the provisions of §§ 59—59f of this title.
