The Tourist Company, in coordination with the Department of Education, shall develop all those public activities that can and should be observed during the 'Puerto Rico Pro Tourism Educational Week', and shall also adopt all those rules, orders and promotional material leading to better knowledge and observance of the purposes of §§ 5002—5002b of this title.
