(a) The first Sunday of the month of July of each year, except those years in which the 4th of July is a Sunday, in which case it shall be the first Monday of said month, is hereby declared as the 'Aibonito Flower Festival Day'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico to celebrate this day.\n(c) The Municipal Government of Aibonito, civil and/or cultural entities, and any other institution interested in this event, shall join in the diffusion of information on the significance of this event.\nHistory —June 27, 1996, No. 59, §§ 1—3.
