(a) The month of January of each year is declared to be 'Eye Care Month' in Puerto Rico.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to that effect, shall urge the People of Puerto Rico to observe this date.\n(c) The College of Optometrists of Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Ophthalmologic Association and the Puerto Rico Eye Care Association, as well as any other institution interested in observing this celebration shall be in charge of disseminating information on the significance of this event.\nHistory —Apr. 9, 1997, No. 9, §§ 1—3.
