(a) The 'Ramón Power y Giralt Day' shall be commemorated throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on October 27 of each year.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through proclamation, shall exhort the entire Puerto Rican people to render on that date a homage of remembrance to the memory of the illustrious Puerto Rican, Don Ramón Power y Giralt.\nHistory —Mar. 3, 1971, No. 5, p. 13, §§ 1, 2.
