(a) The fourteenth (14th) of June of every year is declared to be the 'United States of America Flag Day in Puerto Rico'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect to be issued at least ten (10) days prior to the fourteenth (14th) of June of every year, shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico to organize and sponsor activities proper to this celebration.\nHistory —Apr. 10, 1996, No. 22, §§ 1, 2.
