(a) The 22nd day of April of each year shall be celebrated throughout Puerto Rico as Rafael Martínez Nadal’s Birthday.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, by proclamation, shall exhort the people of Puerto Rico to render tribute to the memory of Rafael Martínez Nadal.\n(c) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall adopt the necessary measures to comply with the purposes of this section through the organization and celebration of activities in remembrance of this distinguished Puerto Rican.\nHistory —June 7, 1977, No. 34, p. 75, §§ 1—3.
