(a) The second Tuesday of the month of May of each year is hereby established as the date fixed to celebrate the 'Puerto Rico Amateur Radio Operators Day'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effect, shall annually exhort all Puerto Ricans to give their cooperation and recognition to the celebration of this day.\nHistory —June 7, 1996, No. 50, §§ 1, 2.
