The Natural Resources Rangers Corps Week shall be celebrated during the third week of October throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In order to comply with the purposes of this section, the Governor of Puerto Rico shall exhort all the people of Puerto Rico each year, by proclamation, to carry out activities to make known the importance of the work performed by the Natural Resources Rangers Corps.\nHistory —May 30, 1979, No. 54, p. 114.
