(a) The 28th of January of each year shall be commemorated throughout the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as the Birth Date of Armando Sánchez Martínez.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, by proclamation, shall exhort the people of Puerto Rico, and especially the working class, to render tribute in memory of this outstanding Puerto Rican.\nHistory —May 24, 1986, No. 26, p. 63, §§ 1, 2.
