(a) The week that ends on the fourth Sunday of the month of June of each year is hereby declared as 'Puerto Rico Youth Organization Week'.\n(b) The Governor, by means of a proclamation, shall annually exhort all of the people to render homage in admiration of all youth organizations in Puerto Rico, and the Office of Youth Affairs shall adopt the necessary measures to comply with such purposes, through the organization and celebration of activities that are adequate for such purposes.\nHistory —July 7, 1988, No. 67, p. 300, §§ 1, 2.
