(a) The second week of June of each year is hereby declared as the Small and Medium-sized Retailer Merchants Week.\n(b) The celebration of the official acts directed towards that recognition shall be held on Friday of the Small and Medium-sized Retailer Merchants Week.\n(c) On this week the Governor, through a proclamation, shall express public recognition of the Small and Medium-Sized Retail Merchants for their contribution to social progress.\nHistory —July 24, 1990, No. 20, p. 91, §§ 1—3; May 15, 2008, No. 63, §§ 1, 2.
