(a) It is hereby decreed the first week of June, beginning the first Monday and ending the following Sunday of each year, as the Puerto Rican Solidarity Week.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico will emit annually the corresponding proclamation as an official reminder that would help towards the successful development of the Puerto Rican Solidarity Week.
