The second Monday of the month of July is hereby declared as the 'Official Public Carrier’s Day'.\nThe Governor, through a proclamation to such effect, shall encourage the People of Puerto Rico to pay tribute during the second Monday of the month of June to all public carriers of Puerto Rico, in recognition of their valuable contribution to the advancement of the Island.\nHistory —Sept. 16, 1996, No. 233, § 1.
