(a) The second week of the month of October of each year is hereby declared as 'Nuclear Medicine Week' in Puerto Rico.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to such effects, shall exhort the People of Puerto Rico and public and private entities such as the Department of Health, the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico, and the Oncologic Hospital, to coordinate educational and other activities related to this commemoration.\nHistory —Jan. 10, 1998, No. 22, §§ 1, 2.
