(a) The 12th of May of each year is hereby declared as the 'Nursing Personnel Day'.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico, through a proclamation to that effect, shall urge the people of Puerto Rico to render homage each year to the entire Nursing Personnel of Puerto Rico.\n(c) The Department of State, the Puerto Rico College of Licensed Practical Nursing and the Puerto Rico College of Nursing Professionals, in coordination with other public bodies and other private organizations, shall organize each year the activities to observe the 'Nursing Personnel Day'.\nHistory —Aug. 7, 1998, No. 203, §§ 1—3.
