(a) The third week of the month of October of each year is hereby declared as the 'Puerto Rico Business and Professional Women’s Week,' which shall be dedicated to exalt the contribution of Puerto Rican women to the personal, family and social welfare of the Puerto Rican people.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall publish a proclamation in the newspapers of greatest circulation in Puerto Rico, reminding the public, private, civic, commercial, social and cultural entities, as well as the banking, industrial and other economic and community sectors of the celebration, and exhorting them to join in this celebration.\nHistory —May 20, 1999, No. 97, §§ 1, 2.
