(a) The 15th day of October of each year shall be observed as the 'World Rural Women’s Day' throughout Puerto Rico.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall exhort all the people of Puerto Rico, by proclamation, to render recognition to the rural women of Puerto Rico and the entire world.\n(c) All administrative agencies are hereby directed to cooperate with the Department of Agriculture and the Committee for Women’s Affairs, attached to the Office of the Governor, which are the entities charged with the main obligation of promoting and implementing an information campaign to publicize and encourage the activities of women in the rural areas.\nHistory —Mar. 20, 1999, No. 98, §§ 1—3.
