(a) The week before to [sic] Holy Week is hereby declared as the 'Prevention of Alcohol Consumption by Minors Week', to advise the citizens, and particularly those under legal age on the results of alcohol consumption.\n(b) The Governor of Puerto Rico shall issue a proclamation to these effects and shall urge all public and private entities, as well as the citizenry in general, to join in the celebration of said week, and organize activities pursuant to its purpose.\nHistory —Dec. 24, 1999, No. 363, §§ 1, 2.
